In private, we can let our hair down - those of us who still have hair.
These photos are from our Plough Monday Feasts (Plough Monday being an old ploughman's festival, the first Monday after Twelfth Day) where we entertain ourselves with food, beer, dancing and sometimes a mumming play.
As a response to The Morris Ring trying to get a photographic record of every member club, as at the turn of the Millennium, SAMM took the opportunity of our annual Plough Monday gathering to sit down together and try to look relatively human.
